ProMD Bridal Scholarship Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor
Charles Street Co LLC d/b/a ProMD Health Ft. Lauderdale, 500 E Broward Blvd, Suite 122, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33394 (“Sponsor”).
2. Platform release
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Meta from all liability arising from this promotion.
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the State of Florida who are 18 years of age or older as of the start of the Entry Period. Employees, contractors, and owners of Sponsor and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
4. Entry Period
Begins September 7, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET and ends October 9, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted outside the Entry Period will not be counted.
5. How to enter
There are five ways to earn entries. Each action earns one (1) entry. Maximum 5 entries per person for the entire Entry Period. All five entries are available at no cost.
5.1 Base entry (free). Complete the entry form at /bridal-scholarship/. One entry per person.
5.2 Follow. Follow @promdhealthftl on Instagram.
5.3 Comment. Comment on the official promotion post tagging one friend. Tag only real accounts of people you actually know.
5.4 Story share. Share the official promotion post to your Instagram Story.
5.5 Story mention. Post an Instagram Story tagging @promdhealthftl. This may be posted at a ProMD appointment or anywhere else. No appointment, purchase, or payment is required to earn this entry.
6. Entry verification
Entrants must submit the entry form in Section 5.1 to be eligible, so that Sponsor can verify identity and contact information. To earn entries under Sections 5.2 through 5.5, an entrant must provide their Instagram handle on the entry form, and those entries are credited to the matching handle; providing a handle is optional, and an entrant who does not provide one remains eligible for the entry under Section 5.1. Private accounts that Sponsor cannot verify may not receive credit for social actions. Automated, scripted, bulk, or fake-account entries are void. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process.
7. Winner selection
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about October 10, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. Notification
The winner will be notified by direct message and by the email or phone number provided on the entry form within 5 business days of the drawing. The winner must respond and complete any required documents within 7 days of first notification or the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
9. Prize
One (1) prize consisting of microneedling with PDGF (three sessions); 60 units of neuromodulator (Botox, Dysport, or Daxxify); one treatment of the winner’s choice from one (1) syringe of dermal filler, one (1) vial of Sculptra, or one (1) CO2 laser resurfacing session; a skincare regimen; and two (2) facials with dermaplane. The approximate retail value is $4,860. Total approximate retail value of all prizes offered is $4,860. The prize is not transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution is offered except as provided in Section 10 or at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The prize must be redeemed by October 10, 2027.
10. Medical eligibility and substitution
The prize includes medical or aesthetic treatment services. Award and redemption of the prize is conditioned on the winner completing a consultation with a licensed ProMD Health provider and being determined to be a clinically appropriate candidate for the treatment. No treatment will be provided to any individual for whom it is contraindicated or clinically inappropriate. If the winner is determined not to be an appropriate candidate, Sponsor will substitute a one-year spa package of equal value. Individual results vary. Nothing in these Rules or in any promotional material constitutes medical advice or a guarantee of any particular outcome.
11. Required statement under Florida law
THE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE FREE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT.
12. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where the prize value requires it and may require a completed Form W-9 before the prize is awarded.
13. Publicity and use of content
Sponsor will not publish, repost, or otherwise use any entrant’s name, image, likeness, treatment information, or social media content for marketing purposes without that individual’s separate signed written authorization. Entry into this promotion does not constitute such authorization and is not conditioned on granting it.
14. Disclosure
Entrants posting about this promotion must clearly disclose their participation, for example by including #sweepstakes or #contest in the post.
15. Privacy
Information collected on the entry form is used by Sponsor to administer this promotion and, where the entrant separately opts in, to send marketing communications. Marketing consent is optional and is not required to enter or win. See our privacy policy.
16. Release
By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from all liability for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in this promotion or from acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize, except where prohibited by law.
17. General conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs its integrity or proper functioning, subject to applicable law. These Rules will not be changed after the start of the Entry Period except as required by law or by a governmental authority.
18. Governing law
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
19. Winner list
For the name of the winner, send a request to [email protected] within 90 days after the drawing date.
