Hyaluronic-acid fillers replace lost volume and refine contour in the lips, cheeks, chin, and jawline. Marissa treats for facial harmony first — enhancing balance and structure rather than chasing a single feature.
Dermal fillers are a cornerstone of our Fort Lauderdale medical spa. As we age, we lose facial fat, collagen, and bone support, and the face can look flatter or more tired. Hyaluronic-acid (HA) fillers — we use the Juvéderm, Restylane, and RHA families — replace that lost structure to restore youthful contour in the cheeks, lips, chin, and jawline.
At our clinic near Las Olas in Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Marissa Palermo, APRN, designs filler treatments around facial harmony, not a single feature. She uses the least product needed to achieve balance, placing filler with a fine needle or blunt cannula and numbing for comfort. Results are visible immediately and continue to settle over about two weeks as any swelling resolves.

Do I have to get treated at my Face Map?
No. The Face Map is a consultation. You leave with a written plan, and you can treat that day, later, or not at all.
What does the $495 rate cover?
New patients pay $495 per syringe on up to 3 syringes in their first treatment plan. Select fillers only. Premium fillers, including Voluma, are priced separately. After your consultation, your $20 booking deposit can be held as credit or refunded.
Does filler hurt?
Most people feel pressure and a brief pinch. We numb first, and many fillers also contain lidocaine. If you're nervous about needles, tell us and we'll go slow.
How long does filler last?
It depends on the product and the area treated. Hyaluronic-acid fillers typically last about 6 to 18 months; Marissa will tell you what to expect for your plan.
Can filler be reversed?
Hyaluronic-acid fillers like Juvéderm and Restylane can usually be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase if you ever want to adjust.
Is there downtime?
Minor swelling or bruising is possible for a few days; most people return to normal activity right away.
